Family Session
This gorgeous family is very close to my heart. This beautiful mommy - inside and out has such a sweet spirit. She is so giving and gentle to this world she lives in. Family and friends are top priority to her and she gives and gives without end. Her little boy is a doll and quite the entertainer - we all enjoyed his happy-go-lucky and playful attitude so much on this day. He is a HAM for sure. Sister is quieter and more reserved...She keeps her fun side quiet until is shows in her creative sense of style and fun remarks. If it weren't for Daddy hurrying us up to stay on task...I believe I could have photographed these kids all day!!! Enjoy...

This self portrait I call "Teacher of My Heart". Taken in my Mom's bathroom while my kids soak in the deep bathtub with lots of yummy bubbles. We played around with lots of pictures of the kids and then I decided to take photos of Mom. After all, she is pure beauty. The Best Things In Life Are THREE
I see now how this Mama stays so trim! Her kids are full of energy, personality and are always going three different directions. I adore this family and my time with them was special in so many ways. The little girl is a doll, she is very quiet, petite and super shy. The youngest boy has a new boo boo every time I see him, but is tough like a tonka truck! The oldest wears his heart on his sleeve and loves to be loved. Together they make their Mama proud and me smile. Daddy got called into work so missed out on these fun times, but we are already making plans to get together again to be sure to include him.

I am enjoying this busy time of year. During this season of holiday photo greetings and family togetherness, many are thinking about family portraits. I have heard so many Moms, Dads and even kids tell me..."It's been YEARS since we had a photo taken of all of us together". I love that I can help to change that for them.
This family was great to photograph on a fall day. Look at that gorgeous coloring. The parents have a fun tug-o-war going with the kids as they try to gain loyalty for each of their alma maters.
